Perhaps, but Tony won't hold it against him. When Lazarus neglected himself so long he nearly died of pneumonia? That he held against him, slightly anyway, because his friend and brother wasn't taking care of himself and scared the hell out of him. It wasn't that he needed help, he's never held that against Lazarus.
